4: Core Administrative Skills
This module focuses on the day-to-day tasks most clients need help with. You’ll learn how to manage calendars, schedule meetings, handle data entry, organize documents, coordinate travel arrangements, and support basic administrative workflows professionally.
5: Essential Tools & Software for Virtual Assistants
Modern VAs rely on tools to work efficiently. In this session, you’ll be introduced to essential software used for communication, task management, file sharing, and collaboration. You’ll learn how to navigate these tools confidently and understand when to use each one.
6: Social Media Support & Management

7: Content & Writing Skills for Virtual Assistants
You don’t need to be a professional writer — but you must write clearly. This session teaches you how to write professional emails, basic reports, simple blog content, and internal documents that are clear, structured, and client-ready.
8: Client Management & Customer Service

9: Basic Financial Management & Invoicing

10: Marketing Yourself as a Virtual Assistant
