About the The Industry Bridge Program
The CySchool Industry Bridge Program was created to help learners move from learning digital skills to gaining real professional experience with companies. Many people complete online courses but still struggle to find opportunities where they can apply what they learned. This program was designed to close that gap.
Through the Industry Bridge Program, CySchool connects outstanding graduates with technology companies and digital businesses across Africa and other parts of the world. These companies need skilled people who can support their operations remotely, and CySchool prepares learners to meet that demand.
After completing a CySchool training program, high performing learners may be selected for up to three months paid internship opportunities with partner companies. During this period, participants work on real tasks, collaborate with professionals, and gain experience that strengthens their career path.
