5: Essential Tools & Software for Virtual Assistants

6: Social Media Support & Management

Many clients need VAs who can assist with social media tasks. This session covers the basics of social media management, including scheduling posts, creating simple content calendars, and using social media management tools to support online presence effectively.

7: Content & Writing Skills for Virtual Assistants

You don’t need to be a professional writer — but you must write clearly. This session teaches you how to write professional emails, basic reports, simple blog content, and internal documents that are clear, structured, and client-ready.

8: Client Management & Customer Service

Working with clients requires emotional intelligence and professionalism. In this module, you’ll learn how to build strong working relationships, provide excellent customer service, manage expectations, and handle difficult clients calmly and professionally.

9: Basic Financial Management & Invoicing

This session introduces you to simple financial practices every VA should know. You’ll learn how to track work, create invoices, understand basic pricing, and use tools that help you manage payments and records responsibly.

10: Marketing Yourself as a Virtual Assistant

In the final session, you’ll learn how to position yourself for opportunities. This includes building an online presence, networking strategically, finding clients or remote roles, creating a professional portfolio and resume, and gaining credibility and trust with employers.
